A note from our Founder Pam Bowers

“I am passionate about rescuing people and businesses from the control that clutter has over their lives and operations.

I was at a point in my life where I wasn’t sure where my career was going in 2006 when I answered a request through a website geared toward connecting Moms to support and help each other. A particular woman needed help getting her office under control in preparation for the birth of her 3rd child and for the person who would come in and help her run her photography company. I not only completed the tasks originally requested, I created a Desk Manual to help the office helper know the policies and procedures of the company. I remember telling the woman, “This is the part I like—getting everything organized and running like butter. I don’t like the part that’s routine of an office job—preparing financial statements, paying bills, etc.” She said, “You should consider being a Professional Organizer.” That day was one of the most important pivotal points in my life.

Now I support individuals and businesses by helping them defeat their clutter chaos with an amazing team full of experience, compassion, and a fantastic work ethic who bring peace to our clients’ lives. Let me introduce them to you on this page.”

Introducing Karey Hellyer, Office Manager and Professional Organizer

Karey has been a part of the Chaos Pros team since September 2013. For Karey, “the satisfaction we see in our clients’ faces when a job is completed is the best part of my job. It’s wonderful when they share that a weight has been lifted when they realize what an amazing space they now have!”

Karey and her husband Glenn have 3 cats named after Happy Days characters—Pinkie, Fonzie and Mrs. C. She collects ALL things Scottie Dog and her favorite food is tacos. Karey and Glenn enjoy spending time on their motorcycle and their boat and Karey’s enjoying learning to paddle board. In spite of her adventurous spirit, she’s never broken a bone. (We hope that trend continues!)

A fun fact: Karey and Pam are both from Ohio but didn't meet until they were both living in Texas.


Meet Sally Leo, Fine Crystal/China Specialist and Professional Organizer

Sally joined Chaos Pros in March 2016. Sally’s attention to detail is a valued asset. She enjoys sorting nuts and bolts or a basket of socks. She is our go-to kitchen packing/unpacking expert. A bonus skill of Sally’s—when our clients need their silver professionally polished, her touch is magical!

When not organizing, Sally loves spending time with her four sons and two grandchildren. She also loves being around water. She enjoys waterskiing while hanging out at the lake, and Sally and her husband Tom own a home in Port Aransas to be on the beach whenever possible. They also enjoy riding their motorcycle.


Let's get to know Michelle Peugeot, Office Assistant and Professional Organizer

Michelle officially joined Chaos Pros team in January 2022, but she worked with us for a couple of years prior as a Subcontractor. Michelle loves to organize! Her favorite part is being able to help clients gain control of their clutter, so they have more time to spend with friends and family and pursue activities that bring them joy.

In her spare time, Michelle loves being in nature, especially hiking in national parks or anywhere in Kauai. She's an avid reader and loves the Harry Potter series. Fun fact—she's a lifelong Trekkie!


Introducing Genevieve Reeves, Chief Team Cheerleader and Professional Organizer

Genevieve has been with Chaos Pros since November 2021, has learned so much, and immensely enjoys her job! According to Genevieve, “the best part of this job is the joy and relief on our clients’ faces after we have purged, organized, and beautified their spaces.”

Genevieve, along with her husband Lloyd and their three busy kiddos, love to watch movies, going to the kids’ football games, and pool time with friends. Genevieve’s secret talent is party planning! She loves to have parties for any reason and any season—any day is a good day for her to get friends and family together to celebrate and have fun!


Meet Andrea Sinclair, Social Media Manager and Professional Organizer

Andrea joined Chaos Pros in November 2020. As someone who enjoys putting things in order (and making them look beautiful), she is a natural for Chaos Pros. Andrea is especially adept at helping calm our clients’ anxiety if sorting through their things proves to be a little stressful. Because of this, she is referred to lovingly as The Client Whisperer.

Andrea is married to her husband Patrick and is a mom to three almost-grown teens. She’s adventurous and willing to try anything at least once. Traveling is her passion, and she loves to explore it all—beaches, cities, the mountains, national parks—you name it—especially if it involves anything Disney!


Pam Bowers, CEO, Speaker, and Professional Organizer

You heard from Pam at the top of this page. But what about her personal side?

She and her husband Russ have two children, both grown adults, four dogs, and several pond goldfish.

Whether Pam’s working or not, you will probably hear her singing—she loves ALL kinds of music and can usually find a song to fit any circumstance. Her personal time is spent visiting family in Ohio, playing Bunco, riding on the back of her husband’s motorcycle, driving her Jeep, or creating art.
